If you have rules that require you and everything around you to be perfect, how often do you think you will be happy? Here’s the good news… it is possible to be happy no matter what is happening. How? Mindful practice and being grateful for everything that happens. Fully trusting in source energy and seeing all challenges as wonderful gifts that can help growth and self-awareness. By embracing the difficulties of life with the same enthusiasm as the beautiful and joyful aspects of life.
