Change the Story

How do you make changes in your life? Let’s say you have just returned from an inspirational workshop and you have lots of great ideas. Should you try to implement them all at once? It is better to focus on one or maybe two things that you feel will have the greatest benefit. Then work out what you need to clear that is currently taking your time, in order to invest time into the new. Consciously saying no to certain habits can be very liberating, especially when you replace them with something that will be much more empowering.
Most importantly, you need to change the story around whatever you are trying to implement. For example, if it is financially related, you should catch any thoughts around doubt, fear or any sense of lack. When you notice such thoughts… be mindful… pause… connect and be grateful for what you have. Gratitude is one of the greatest energies that allows us to receive abundance from the universe. When our story supports our worthiness to receive, anything is possible! Changes can happen instantly and life can transform in the most miraculous ways. Keep practicing! Be Mindful… Pause… Connect!
