Breakthrough

How do you know when you have made a true breakthrough in your life? Is it a knowing deep in your soul that you are more connected with your true self? Can you feel the difference in your body? Is there a heightened sense of emotion, like love, joy, happiness or gratitude? Is there a greater sense of empathy and compassion for others? Will people who know you, notice any difference? Or will it be something that only you can really feel in your heart? When you really do have a breakthrough and move into a higher vibrational frequency; is it permanent or do you need to solidify it with a daily practice?
Breakthrough is different for each individual. What creates a breakthrough for you, and how it is manifested in your life, will be unique to you. Seeking breakthroughs, even little ones, is the key to consistently move your frequency into higher realms. When you can help spark breakthroughs in others, then your own growth is assured. Ultimately the result of all breakthroughs is more love, joy and happiness in your life and in the lives of others. Practice being mindful throughout your day and the breakthroughs will come. Be Mindful… Pause… Connect!
