There has been a huge amount of research by leading universities around the globe to support the claim that mindfulness can help us live a more stress-free, happy and productive life. This has included rigorous studies that have included control groups or have compared mindfulness to other types of stress-reduction measures. This research has helped to establish that mindfulness has multiple benefits for both our physical and psychological well-being.
I am very confident that the mindfulness training that I offer will:
